Over the years I've acquired numerous pictures of me, varying from the quietly sensible to the downright silly. Often they have been related to some feature or column I've done for a magazine, sometimes they are just out-takes and grab shots.

Rather than let them moulder away in a drawer - or even the digital equivalent - I thought I'd let some of them have an occasional moment of glory. So here they are.

1997: Loxton's pen strikes again, and I'm playing the devil in the Classics Magazine column 'Heaven or Hell?'

1998: Promoting the title, a year after the launch of Classics

2001: Running a photoshoot - still Editor of Classics

2002: Freelance (and free) again

2002: Track testing a D-type replica at Mallory Park

2003: That beard did not last long

2004: A fine tome

2006: Cov Uni cartoon reminded some people of Tintin

2007: That shirt doubles up as a test card for barcode readers

2007: Winning a 'Timo'
