I've driven everything from Smart cars to supercars, Minis to 7.5-tonne trucks, cars that are 80 years old and cars so new they don't yet officially exist. I've driven road cars, racing cars and 4x4s on roads, tracks and off-road trails - and written about it all and magazines and websites in the UK and beyond.
I was also motoring editor of Equipped, a magazine for UK armed forces veterans, for five years and developed its motoring section from just a couple of pages to include tests, topical motoring features and motoring news coverage.
